In the mid '90's, I started to purchase rental properties. I managed and maintained them myself. In early 2000, I started purchasing rundown properties. I began rehabbing these properties, preparing them for resale.
Today we call it "Flipping".
When the Real Estate market began to change in 2005, I began offering my home improvement and remodeling services to homeowners.
